Prepare a diagnosis on governance and interaction levels among artisanal fishermen, government institutions, civil society, markets and the marine ecosystems in the Tumbes Manglares, Laguna Grande, in the Paracas National Protected Area and Ancon, that will contribute to overall planning of responsible fisheries focused on benthonic resources, sponsored by The Nature Conservancy, and to adaptation to climate change, risk management and developing sustainable and responsible economic activities.
